F.A.Q.'s

Why do people typically choose something other than the standard color?
All homes that live in an HOA in Arizona are required to match the window frame color with the screen frame color. Typically the HOA will allow any screen fabric color. They are primarily concerned with the frame color. Some older homes from the 70's and early 80's have silver window frames. Often times using a bronze screen frame can give the house a nice facelife. Typically only newer home are in HOA communities so these homes are free to use whatever color they choose.

What is the most popular color selected?
90% of all homes built after 2001 in Arizona have an adobe colored window frame. Therefore the vast majority of screens are adobe. White finishes a distant 2nd.
